波流共存是河口海岸区域的显著环境特征，精确描述波流共同作用下的波浪运动和水流运动对于波浪发电装置及各类海工建筑物的水动力荷载计算、海底管道铺设的设计、以及泥沙运移和污染物的扩散轨迹预报等均具有十分重要的理论意义与应用价值。本人致力于本领域研究，欢迎感兴趣的同学与我联系。获本校保研资格的同学，可选择本科毕业论文-硕士论文一体化培养，提前进入课题组从事相关课题研究。科研能力优秀者可推荐世界名校或国内名校教授课题组交流或攻读学位。

or International Students:

Dr. Xuan Zhang obtained her Ph.D. degree in Fluid Mechanics and Coastal Engineering from University College London (QS ranking 7) in 2018. After her graduation in UK, she worked as a Post-doc research fellow (‘Talented China Postdoctoral Programme’ funding from the Chinese government) in Hohai University from 2019 to 2021. After that, she worked as an Associate Professor at Hohai University. Her main interest is investigating the structure of turbulence under combined effects of waves and currents. She is also interested in coastal hydrodynamics, wave-current interaction and sediment transport etc. She also serves as a reviewer for several journals, notably Ocean Engineering and Scientific Reports etc. For those students interested in the relevant areas, please do not hesitate to contact me by emails.
