The 23rd International Offshore and Polar Engineering Conference (ISOPE 2013) was held in Alaska, USA, June 30-July 5, 2013. Professors Jinhai Zheng, Weibin Feng, Yongping Chen, Zheng Gong, associate professors Da Chen, Wei Zhang, Chaofeng Tong, Dr. Yanqiu Meng and Ph.D. candidate Xi Feng from our department attended the conference. Totally 646 papers peer-reviewed in the conference proceedings and more than 1000 experts on coastal and ocean engineering participated.
