Currently a member of the Steering Committee of Engineering Graphics Teaching of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Graphics Technology Committee of the China Engineering Graphics Association, and a deputy director of Jiangsu Engineering Graphics.
Mainly responsible for the entire school water conservancy, civil engineering drawings, engineering CAD and other undergraduate courses teaching.To carry out teaching research and teaching reform projects of relevant courses.After more than 30 years and three generations of efforts, it has a certain influence in the field of water conservancy cartography teaching in universities across the country.The textbook Descriptive Geometry and Hydraulic Engineering Drawing, edited by our office and published by Higher Education Press, has been revised five times and included in the 11th Five-Year Plan teaching materials of Jiangsu Province and the Ministry of Education,it was awarded the title of national and Jiangsu provincial quality teaching materials in 2007.In addition, it has compiled many teaching materials such as Hydraulic Engineering Drawing, AutoCAD2004 (Chinese Version) Basic Course and AutoCAD2010 (Chinese Version) Application Course.Multimedia teaching courseware matched with teaching materials won two national prizes and two provincial second prizes.Many years of educational reform have won three teaching achievement prizes at the school level.Four teachers won the title of excellent lecturers at the school level, and two teachers won the first prize and the second prize of the lecture competition for young teachers at the school level respectively.
In terms of discipline research, for the automation and visualization of the design and drawing of hydraulic engineering structures, as well as the prediction and analogue simulation of water information,successively completed the research and development of computer-aided design systems for common types of hydraulic engineering structures such as sluices, docks and shiplocks, and systems such as waterway regulation design, three-dimensional visual progress system for river embankment work, and three-dimensional simulation.The research achievements won two third-class awards for provincial scientific and technological progress and five awards for various types of industry and municipal awards.
This department has talents in civil engineering and water conservancy disciplines, convergence of talents in structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, engineering mechanics and other disciplines,the integration and intersection of multidisciplinary culture and cartography disciplines are the exploration points in the future development direction of disciplines.
