The 2 day freshmen orientation of College of Harbor, Coastal and Offshore Engineering started at 6 am on August 31, 2016. The working group was formed by staff members, mentors, counselors and some volunteers from sophomore students. On the morning of September 1, college leaders went to the students dorm rooms and had cordial talks with the freshmen and their parents.
