Graduated from University of Oxford, Prof. Liang Qiuhua is one of the “One Thousand Talents Scheme” experts in Hohai University. On the morning of March 18, Prof. Liang gave a seminar titled “Developing Next Generation of Multi-Purpose Modelling System for Flood Management”. The seminar focused on his research about urban flood control, risk assessment and flood management.
